Initial Release for 1.8.7 and above (may work for all versions of 1.8)

• 13 spells
• /spells command to show all of them, ordered by rarity

• All players can execute the command /spells
• Death arrow not working properly
• Low lighting spell delay time
• Book of replenishment and book of luck don't work if you have an empty one of the same type
• Other small fixes
