Better Contracts Targets losing money #3

    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    The plugin works great, the idea of an single faction for
    hitman its nice, and when you kill some target you receive the money.

    But i think would be more great this idea:
    When you kill a target, the target lost 50% of the hit contract
    example:
    SomeGuy -> /givehit OtherGuy 50000
    A Hitman kill OtherGuy and Hitman receive 25.000$
    and OtherGuy lost 25.000$ if OtherGuy have >25.000$
    Else If OtherGuy have <25.000$
    then the plugin will set OtherGuy money to 0
    and the Hitman will get 25.000$
    I hope i explain it enough :/

    At the moment of a sucess HIT then a broadcast
    will show OtherGuy get killed by an Hitman contract.

    Please provide any additional information below.

    A hit will trigger these things:

    50% of the contract - Will loss the Target
    50% of the contract - Will win the Hitman
    A broadcast for a sucessfull Hit

    The percent of the loss to the target would be dinamic with a permission node for groups
    example:

    hitman.losspercent.(1 to 100)

    So we can set a custom percent for some groups

    I'm pretty sure I'm going to add this to my features!
