Aggressive NPCs that currently have a target, but have not damaged their target in over 2 seconds, and have been attacked by a different entity, will retarget onto the new entity.
Aggressive NPCs will no longer teleport if their target is too far away.
Aggressive NPCs will now cancel targeting if they are close to their target, as to prevent movement spam.
NPCs that do not have a target, but are attacked, will now target onto the attacker.
