Health Bar failed with Scoreboard system. #87

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Use scoreboard command to create a scoreboard team. (/scoreboard teams add <name>)
    2. Let a player join the team. (/scoreboard teams join <team> [players])
    3. Use scoreboard command to check that player currently inside the team. (/scoreboard teams list)
    4. Hit that player.
    5. Use scoreboard command to check again about that player was leave the team. (/scoreboard teams list)

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Player Should not leave the scoreboard team when get hit.

    What version of the product are you using?
    HealthBar v1.8.2
    CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-1302 (MC: 1.7.2)

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    none

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I love this plugin and hope this can be fixed.

    I'm aware of this bug, and I will fix it when I finish the recoded version of the plugin :)
