Today i roll out the update everyone as asked for sicne the beginning..

BLOCK LOCATIONS.

now OP can set the location of the healing block simply by placing while opped.

if you change your mind on where to have the block you will need to remove the location from the config.

Also thanks to Crusfire for yet another idea, This time its potion effects and 2 new crystals.

Regen I 5s of regen
Regen II 10s of regen

both amplified at 2

all crystals now have particle effects

Crystal+/++/+++ have HAPPY_VILLAGER particles upon usage
RegenI/RegenII have Hearts
