Thanks To Crusfire for another idea of cooldowns and block particles for this plugin.

Crusfire requested redstone particles but there is alot more to code as redstone particles work different to others so ive gone with three:

Full Health = Hearts
CoolDown = Witch Spell
Healed = Happy Villeger (green)

 

Cooldown uses seconds.
DEFAULT COOLDOWN: 300 seconds = 5 Minutes
