Version 1.2 Changelog:

• Cleaned up some code, separated out the head creation for future use in pvp head-dropping.
• Added a * permission, separated out the headgrabber.all permission from headgrabber.self, and renamed .all to .others
• Re-compiled against 1.4.5-R0.2, which allowed the plugin to no longer have the head-breaking issue.

• Heads stack by data value, not by player name, so if you have a player head in your inventory, this will add another of the same to the stack.
• Heads are case sensitive
