Version 1.4.2:

• Added muteall and unmuteall commands
• Me and tell commands will be denied if the player can not chat or has been muted
• Added list feature to mute command
• Added permissions: hchat.mute.list, hchat.command.muteall, hchat.command.unmuteall
• The plugin does no longer update automatically
• Added permission hchat.notify.update for getting notified when a plugin update has been found
• Fixed bugs

• '/channel edit' is not yet implemented. Channels will have to be edited manually in the channels.yml file.
