What is the problem?

Using the web interface to search, I run a search for "block break, place, item drop, item pickup." with only search results for "diamond block" selected. It shows me a lot of results of diamond block, but also of other items. I know part of the problem is it finds not only item 57(diamond block), but also quantity 57. I can't seem to figure out why some of the other results are showing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just running the search.
