hawk rebuild seems to leave queries processing #196

    If we ever need to run a /hawk rebuild we've noticed that no matter what kind of rebuild we do, even extremely small, localized rebuilds, after a few rebuilds it starts to fail saying "you already have a command processing". This prevents us from continuing any rebuild until we reboot the server.
