    hawk tool requires activation

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Log onto a minecraft server
    2. Admin can not use log tool immeadiatly

    Latest version.

    There is more to it then those steps. It normally happens whenever the plugin is reloaded. So whenever someone performs a reload or server restarts you have to activate the tool again.

    If though no reloads happen and no server restarts happen in the time of logging out and then back in you should still have the tool activated. The chances of you for example coming back the next day and no reloads or restarts have happened are slim and therefore I agree this info about whether the tool is activated should be stored in a file or something so that you do not have to always turn the tool on.

    All the tool is stored in a hashmap and isn't saved to files, which you're correct it does get restart on reloading of the server and upon the shutdown/start up of the server. It's designed that way and I personally would rather keep it this way..
