Cannot switch pages without hawkeye.search #169

    What is the problem?

    I'd like some of my uses to have the hawk tool to get block history, but not the search command which reveals chat and command history. When those users use the tool they're unable to scroll pages. Could the hawkeye.tool permission be extended to allow users to switch pages?

    What steps will reproduce the problem?

    1. Give users "hawkeye.tool" permission.

    2. Ask them to get a chest (or possibly any block) history.

    3. Have them switch pages using the /hawk page 2 command.

    What version of HawkEye are you using (shown in console during start-up)?
