Adds initial jar file.

SHIT BE BROKEN AS HELL!

• DYING IN THE NETHER CAUSES YOU TO RESPAWN ON TOP OF THE BEDROCK LAYER. DON'T DO IT, SERIOUSLY!
• With the current version, the server can slow down significantly when a player dies, and the player can fall through the world multiple times before they respawn correctly. I'm working on fixing this, but for now this is the best I've got.
