Added:
- Support for World Guard regions:
When you use Parent Regions and Child Regions and just want the child to get these scare effects, to right down the child in the config + give the child a higher priority. This plugin will check if the region with the highest priority is in the given list. 
- /scareregion <add/remove>: This will add the region you are in to the config file. 
Permission: halloween.worldmanage
Only works when WorldGuard support is enabled and both World Guard and World Edit are installed!
Fixes: 
- Fixed Scaredelay (Derp on my part)
 How to update
1. Download plugin
2. Download World Edit (Tested with version 6.1.2) and World Guard  (Tested with version 6.0.0-beta-4)
3. Drop it in the plugins folder
4. Delete older version
5. Either delete config file OR add following things:
WorldGuardSupport: false

EnabledScareRegions: []
