What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Works only in lava when I put 2+ tnt (if I put just one it won't blow up lava)
2. Doesn't work in water no matter how much tnt i put

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To 1 tnt be able to destroy both water and lava
