Removed config file 'enables.yml', pointless to have separate config file
Put config options back into normal config.yml
Added new config file, 'number_binds.yml'
Moved durability and ammo usage config settings to it
Added new config setting to change delay times for weapons between usages
Added new config options, mortar_ticks, airstrike_ticks and burst_ticks to tell how long the mortar, burst fire gun and airstrike last for after being fired
