What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run server for a little bit...
2. Or reload the config.

Sometimes, for some odd reason, double messages start showing up when players log into the server

I was never aware of this behaviour on our server so far. I will try to reproduce it. Maybe you could try to update to a new version of guildawards built against craftbukkit 1.3.2 and report if the behaviour still exists.

The new versions should be here within the next days.
