Added new guild: The gunners guild than can be used in cooperation with the Cannons plugin.
Added some messages during hunting expedition that explain how much more monsters the player must kill.
Fixed bug that the forum username could not be used because of a wrong configuration order.

Added signs that show the name of a guild chief and his current reputation.
Reputation loss over time now has a greater affect to player that have a lot of reputation. (see LossDivisor in config).
Separated localizations from config values into a new file: localization.yml
Fixed the 4th version number from 0 to 2 ;-) - It has a special meaning. It is the persistence version that should only alter if the persistence have to be migrated.
