Changelog:
- Added 13 new mobs: Ghast, Guardian, Shulker, Ocelot, Polar Bear, Llama, Parrot, Turtle, Phantom, Drowned, Panda, Dolphin, and Pillager. Making it a total of 37 mobs!
- Added brand new arguments to the command /spawners: /spawners list, /spawners edit price [SpawnerType] [NewPrice], and /spawners edit status [SpawnerType] [True/False]
- Added new startup messages for the console.
- For neatness: tidied up the code, moved around the maps.
