- Added a true/false option in config.yml for each spawner type. If 'true' the spawner will appear in the GUI.
- Added 3 new spawner types: Wither Skeleton, Ender Dragon, Wither
Bug Fix:
- Fixed an issue where an error would show in the console if a player clicked on air in the GUI.
