The plugin is currently incompatible with spigot due to the scoreboard, which I will try to fix in the future.

I think that the problem is with spigot. The scoreboard can't be initialized because of a error with spigot. If you use normal craftbukkit it should work fine. And it would be awesome if you did a video tutorial!
