A fully featured permissions plugin!

Simple, yet fully customizable
Create Group Hierarchies
Modify permissions for groups or individual players
Display player's chat in any number of configurations with the ability to override group prefixes with a player's own chat format
Deny players a certain permission without removing them from the group that grants them that permission

If i make a Default rank with groups how do i make it right when they join they automaticly get the Default rank....

this is what i get when trying to run it on the first time. i try removing the whole Groups directory, but no go. i'm running linux, if that is any concern.

It was. I think you should take a try on these plugins.

Try this first.

1. /f create TRY 2. Press Enter and type anything, it will work perfectly fine. 3. /perms gadd TEST 4. /perms padd lecrayen 5. /perms pgroup lecrayen TEST 6. Repeat step 2.

Shortcut: You can just use step 1, 2, 4 and 6. Haha.

have you tried using /perm or /permissions? But you're right, the plugins name would be better.

Can you change the command to something like /groups instead of /perms? That conflicts with permissionsbukkit.

Haha. Actually, EssentialsChat is the main thing of breaking others plugins. It can't be combined with Groups, PermissionsEX, Factions and many more plugins. I do not know why. After I removed it, all plugins work perfectly -,-

It's never a good idea to have more than one permissions plugin due to overlapping permissions. I'd suggest you choose one to avoid conflicts (sucks to say it, but group manager is currently much more stable than mine atm)

when try to make a group it just says no command found likt visit the help section is it because i have group manager?

It's really difficult to help you when you aren't giving me any information. No stack trace, no description of the problem, no nothing. I'm not familiar with factions so that information would be very helpful.

The last few builds haven't been repetition tested yet, so I'm going to go through every possible scenario in the next couple days and fix ANY issues that appear. When I release that fix version you're welcome to test it. I will bump it to v1.5, so watch out for that release.

I didn't set up '*', you have to use 'Groups.*', sorry.

There are no world specific permissions built in.

If you're refering to the fact that players are moved out of the group on server reload, that problem is fixed for 1.2.2

Just typing /perms or /permissions doesn't do anything - I should make it so a help menu pops up, but currently the help menu is /perms help [page#]

The Plugin doesnt work on my Server if I do /permission or /perm nothing happens! Please fix that.
