Release

Finally it is ready for release, in my opinion. Added:

• A new command: /gltool, with this you get an tool, specified in the config file which one, with what you can click on a block to check what happened to it, just like the "/glog get here" but then easier:)
• I also added a new event log, so that you can find the IP of a griefer, you still have to search it manually but you can find it now.

Fixed:

• Finally, I got GriefLog logging the events only once, instead of 3 times:D(just a very dumb mistake:P)

That was it I believe:)
