Grief Prevention
AUTOMATICALLY PREVENTS ALL FORMS OF GRIEF, including build/break, theft, spam, fire, spawn camping, lava dumping, chat trolling, advertising and more, so you don't have to undo any damage after the fact. It even teaches players how to use it so you don't have to! No configuration or database required. Stop responding to grief and prevent it instead. Grief Prevention will solve your grief problems without requiring you to manage a roster of trained administrators, juggle 10 different anti-grief plugins, take away cool standard game features, publish a training manual / tutorial for players, or add explanatory signs to your world. You can also choose to integrate PvP elements into build design to finally get a PvP experience befitting a sandbox game about creative building.
Grief Prevention stops grief before it starts automatically without any effort from administrators, and with very little (self service) effort from players. Solve all your grief problems with a single download, no database, and no configuration step.

Please Vote for Grief Prevention
I've also posted Grief Prevention on the Spigot site, where plugins are ranked based on reviews. If you love GP, please take a couple of minutes to give GP your rating and leave a short review. Better rating and positive reviews will help server owners who look for plugins on the Spigot site make the safe choice (GP) instead of downloading something sketchy or incomplete. :) Thanks so much for all your support!

Posted Apr 26, 2013Could you add permission nodes so we can set how many starting blocks each member on the server gets? For example normal members get 150, VIP, get 200, mod 300, ect?

Posted Apr 25, 2013Hi, great plugin!
I am running a craftbukkit 1.5.1 server for a school in (creative mode), and i would like to be able to have the following:
All players can create/destroy blocks everywhere by default! Only if you claim something, it will be protected.
ex. I made a spawnpoint with some signs and some nice sourroundings, and i really want to protect that part, but the rest of the world is editable by everyone (unless a player claims a part, and this will then protect that part.)
This server is being used for some creative courses for smaller children, and always have to claim land before doing anything is too hard for the most of them..
As this server is local on the school, i am not worried about "outsiders" destroying anything, i just want some parts to be protected by me/users if I/we choose to.
Edit: Maybe put this in the FAQ as well (if possible) :-)
Hope this makes sense :-) Otherwise i would be happy to provide more info.
Have a great day :-)
Kind Regards Niels

U should always create an admin claim in a WG regions u make. This will stop anyone from creatu ng claims in those areas. Howevev you will need to set the chest-access = allow in the WG rwgion regardless if you have the trusts on or off I. Gp for that admin claim.

Posted Apr 23, 2013Kind of against the purpose of the plugin, but is there any way to make containers accessible to the attacker if he sieges someone and wins? Also is there a way to add all blocks to the siegable list without typing them all out one by one?

/untrust does not remove the permission trust from a subclaim, just normal, access and container trusts. Please read what I am asking before assuming I am retarded.
