First, what is this plugin about?
Grand Theft Diamond is a Minecraft plugin based on GTA.
The most ideas of this plugin are taken from 'GTA San Andreas Multiplayer'. You can rob safes and drive cars (Horses). There are custom guns and other items like Handcuffs, a flame thrower or a taser. You can select one of the two teams: Cop and Civilian. Civilians can become a gangster when they do criminal things like robbing a safe. But that's not all: Players also can buy houses and it's planned to create jails, so cops can jail the gansters.
But how do all these features work? We have a wiki where you can read all about the plugin!

What you need to know
- If you have any problems or questions, just join the official IRC channel '#grandtheftdiamond' here.
- This plugin sends information about the server and how much players are playing the plugin to mcstats.org. You can disable this in the config of MCStats! (plugins/PluginMetrics/config.yml)
- Learn more about MCStats at MCStats.org/learn-more!
- This plugin inclues an update check, which tells you if there is a newer version of the plugin to donload.
- Disable this in the config 'useUpdater: false'.
- Use '/gtd update' to download the newest version.
- This plugin connects to dev.bukkit.org to download the change log's RSS feed.
- You can disable the connection to dev.bukkit.org in the config.yml with 'useChangeLogFunction: false'.
Like you know, the GrandTheftDiamond plugin team don't get payed for them work. We do this things because we like it. Please try to help us to keep motivating us to keep growing the plugin!

Stop your server, delete the config.yml and start your server. (I changed the format of the configuration of items).
Than use an arrow. Alternativ you can use the WorldEdit selection.

Horses are cars in GTD, not minecarts. Use '/ gtd give car:<car>' to get a car. An example car is 'policecar' which is as default in the config.yml.
The Chat does not work yet.
You can use BossShop to create a gui to buy items. There are also shop signs, which you can use.

Posted Mar 15, 2014/pay isn't working (read my ticket). And I want /pay to only give people Vault money or something that will edit what economy /pay will use. Also, if u rob a bank, can u make it to where it gives you Vault money.

Posted Mar 14, 2014I want the cars to be Minecarts. So that if you buy or /gta give. It will go to your inventory. I also want to be able to make Objects/Items. If those are already possible, can you tell me how. Also, the Server Chat doesn't work. I have Vault, but I also have Essentials Chat. Do I disable Essentials Chat for GTA. I got perworldplugins, which means that I will be able to disable Essentials Chat if I have to. Also, can there be a /gta shop, where there is a GUI to buy items with categories like Ammunition for Guns and Ammos, Clothes for armor, and etc. + make it to where we can edit them.

There a ton of Casino plugins like AnCasino, Slots etc.. We are using them on our server and they work fine. But if you want to have a separate GTD Economy, you will have to wait...

Posted Mar 10, 2014Also, for the chat system, could gang leaders be able to set a prefix (or the feature could just use the name of the gang instead of making the leader choose a prefix) and that prefix, if defined in config and in-game, it would look like this; [ExampleGang][Name]: Hello, this is a random message?!?

Just use PerWorldPlugins and limit this plugin to those specific GTD worlds and the chat should only appear in those worlds

Posted Mar 9, 2014An idea would be to add a Casino, so people could gamble and buy stuff from shops. You could also add drinks like Beer customized in a glass bottle, just renamed. It would have like nausea affect or poison after you would drink. And add pogo sticks so you can jump high. Lastly, I don't know if this is already taking place, but can the chat system only be within the gtd map created? And the regular chat through the other parts of it.

No, but you can use NametagEdit to prevent bugs with other plugins which are using the scoreboard.
