Compatibility - Read

I know it says 1.7.4 but this should work with 1.7.9! I new config must be generated or the plugin may not work or may not work correctly!

Changed..

• Edited config, you will need to copy out values of your current config and delete it to allow for a new one to generate!
• Changed a few default values, added a Normal Ops List
• Should now use UUID's instead of usernames
• Changed some hard to understand comments

Added..

• Added config support for future updates
• Added a version checker for the config and notifier if the config is out of date

Removed..

• Removed some typos and irrelevant comments

• Commands don't work yet
