Added support for UUIDs. This makes major changes to the database. For safety, it is recommended that you back up your database before upgrading in case you need to downgrade.

The antigrief module is still under some major reworking. Advanced features are disabled for the time being and TNT protection will fall back to the old method.
Due to the addition of UUIDs, this version is not backwards compatible with servers still running older versions of Minecraft (anything before 1.7.9)
