What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Running a default craftbukkit [latest - craftbukkit 1.3.1-R0.1 (Build #02296)]
2.Running PermissionsEX
3.Putting required permissions into PermissionsEX.yml [as seen on main page]

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: Groups that have the permissions can do what the permissions say they should be able to do.
What I see: They can't...

What version of the product are you using?
Latest: Gods 0.4.3 Beta for 1.3.1 [16 hours ago]

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors.

Both Plugins working fine, tested out with no other Plugins on the server but same outcome.
Have seen ticket saying the same thing but was answered with 'fixed in the latest version'. Still doesn't work for me...

Ok do what do you see from the Gods plugin during startup in the console? Is there any message about "using PermissionsEX"?

Also, what exactly are the group permissions you are trying to assign to a group and how do they not work? (Are everyone able to do everything or are everyone NOT able to do anything etc)

I am using the permissions:

-gods.altars.build
-gods.altars.pray
-gods.god.create

For Trusted. Currently they cannot do any of these, but they can use commands like /gods help and /gods list etc. It just seems to be an event problem.

On the Terminal when I start up the server it has no errors. At the start when the server starts to load it says 'permissions.yml empty, reverting to PermissionsEX' so I am assuming it will try to use PEX on all the plugins on the server. :/

I'm having this issue as well.

I'll check out the latest version as soon as I can :)

Can you confirm whether this is resolved?
