Description: GlobalBank is inspired by the RuneScape/WoW style banking. In these games you have multiple Banks across the world. You can go to a bank and there is many storage chest slots for you to store your items. You can purchase extra storage if needed. The items are then safe and you can withdraw and deposit items at any Bank in your world!

Posted Jan 24, 2012I’ve been waiting for a plugin like this for months! I’m glad you took on this project.
Besides the error I posted on the forums, I noticed that Multiverse registers the bankers as actual players. When I use /mv who (which lists all players from each world) it would display Banker multiple times over.

Vault is a sort of API. It bridges all the economy systems together. Before i would have to hook into all the economy plugins and check to see which one the sever has etc. But with Vault all i have to do is one method and it will do it for all economy systems. In sense it saves me coding.
So it doesn't actively do anything to your server. it won't screw up anything with existing permissions, economy chat etc.
I will also try to compile in Java 6. I keep forgetting... :P
EDIT: In the long run i hope to remove all dependencies. But for now you'll have to get vault.

Posted Jan 24, 2012I noticed Vault is required.
I'm a little wary of getting Vault - does it actively do anything to my server? Without meaning to seem "bitchy" I really don't like Sleaker and his coding and support methods.
Long story short, if I get Vault can I still use the economy, permissions and chat plugins I already am with no interruption? I'm fine with getting it as long as I won't know its there :)
(Sorry for asking you - Sleaker ignores me because I told him I don't like his coding and support methods...)
EDIT: Also, any chance you can compile a Java 6 version? I'm getting "Unsupported major.minor version 51.0" - on other plugins I've seen its a very common issue - A lot of people either don't know how or can't update their servers Java (As for me, I have a rough idea but I don't wanna mess it up D: )

Posted Jan 20, 2012The map is fine, and so is the server when I remove the plugin from my directory.
On replacing it, I get the same problem, and Im using the latest recommended build.
Is this a compatibility issue?

This might be due to a bug in the latest Spout development build. I ran into this same issue when downloading the most recent Spout dev build. Make sure that you use the current stable build, not development. If this is indeed the cause of your broken map, you will have to restore a backup of you map to fix it.

Place all the .jar files in your root/plugins/ directory. Stop and start the server.

Posted Jan 20, 2012I use iConomy for money, But im unsure what you mean by 'Spout' Or 'Vault' Do I need to download these?
And I do not get GlobalBank v0.1 enabled. I have tried several times.

This plugin requires Spout. And if you have an economy requires Vault if you want to enable to purchasing of slots. You need to restart your server to enable it. It should come up with GlobalBank v0.1 enabled.
