Tried to fix bug in saving location of shop/spawn. (as I know now: didn't really work)
Altered syntax of /flyspeed command: Now number between 10 and -10 instead of -1 and 1.

Found new bug in loading saved shop/spawn location; Will fix it later.
Added Sign-Teleport feature: You can now teleport to the shop/spawn by clicking a sign.

Finally fixed the bug in saving locations into the config.yml --> Now works without errors
Changed chatcolors so errors can be spottet easier.
