Perms wrong and some conflicts. #1

    The perms for brewing and enchanting are misc.Brewing and misc.Enchanting, you have them listed on the page without the "ing" this took me a long time to figure out and was only by luck.
    Also with the breeding perm. My players can breed cows but get spammed with the message "you cannot breed". This does not happen when breeding pigs. The "ing" does not matter with this perm.
