    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. send command "generateregion world 1 -1 2 -3" in the server console
    2. Read usage message

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    the regions should be generated, I get the usage message

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.1 on bukkit for 1.4.7

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no
