v4.2: Jetpack tweak release!

• added jetcart items
• added a way to pick up jetcarts
• added commands
• added permissions
• added modular speed for jetcarts
• added specific blackworlds for jetcarts
• fixed the crash when entering a ender jetcart
• please post a ticket if you find a bug!
• added stuff to tweak in config
• added plugin metrics (so I can see stats to see how many people use my plugin, please understand me...)

v4.1:third official release:

• added jetcarts: you may now make jetcart competitions (like mario cart with fuel management or so)
• tried to add a name fixer (for enchanted jetpacks)

v4.0: second official release: total rewrite:

• jetpacks now have theyr own fuel
• ender jetpacks have fuel: enderpearls and end stone
• the scoreboard is now personnal(as it should :) )
• added permissions
• added command for more plugin compatibility
• added world blacklist
