Now censor words with no reletion to the CaPs in the file or in chat.

Long words (over 10 characters) will be censored into 8 stars instead of the real number.

Command "/filter <player_name>" has changed to "/checkfilter <playername>" due to collision with another plugin.

Command "/checkfilter <player_name>" not working.
