• Fixed an issue that prevented the plugin from working with certain server configurations lacking Towny

 * Arrows fired from arrow turrets appear to fall to the ground immediately on the client
 but actually do move and do damage as intended.
*teleblock redstone torch toggle requirement is impractical (yes it will be changed soon)
