Major Update

• Reduced loads of redundancy in code
• Removed lots of deprecated method calls
• You can now refer to a block by it's name instead of it's id (still need underscores)
• You can now put a colon and a number directly after the name/id of a block to choose the data value (wool:3)
• Added a proper config file that actually works
