Players now exit Fern Mode when their fern is hit by another player or burned away
Added "silent" argument to /fernmode. This will not broadcast in chat that you entered Fern Mode
Added permission nodes "FernMode.use" and "FernMode.silent"
Players can now look around inside Fern Mode. See known caveats.
All ferns will now be cleared when the plugin is disabled (reloads, shutdowns, or other plugins shutting down FernMode)

Initial Release
This build has been tested on my local server and works. However, part of FernMode is that the player going into fern mode vanishes. I have no way of testing this on my local server, so I do not know if this part works, and feedback would be MUCH appreciated.
There is a brief period (no more than two seconds) after entering Fern Mode where looking around will cause you to exit. After this brief time, you can look around. It appears to be an issue within the Bukkit provided events that I cannot fix by myself.
