Suggestion: Add a section for rewards that run for the faction that used to own a capture point when it is lost.

This allows you to set up certain things, such as:
- when captured a point , you get as a reward the permission to warp to the capture point, and when you lose the capture point, you get as a "reward" the loss of that permission,meaning you cannot warp to it
- when you lose a capture point, your faction loses money

Permissions rewards sounds like fun idea, something I had in mind but forgot. I will do few tests and see if I can come up with anything smart enough to use. Money lost upon losing capture point is indeed possible, tho it might come bit later.
