Almost usable beta/dev. Might work with a range of earlier CB/RB builds as well.

Add world dependent confine-settings (defaults at confine, world-dependent at world-settings -> world-name -> confine).

Issues:
* The preset configuration values are mild guesses (or wild), and need adaption.
