+ Added '/FAQ add' which will add a message to the config. (Supports Error Handling)

+ Added '/FAQ remove' which will remove a message from the config. (/FAQ delete works too)

- Removed weird character "ยบ4" showing up in the server log when a player creates a config with /faq reload
