What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. i set my config
2. restart my server to load all my changes
3. config goes back to defualt config

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
my config was

testing:
  OneUse: true
  Commands:
  - say This is worked
  - /mandemote noob
  - say %P was demoted!

but it did not work and when i went back into my config it was the defualt one with

example:
  OneUse: true
  Commands:
  - say This is command1
  - say This is command2
  - say %P is you!
UsedCommands:
  example:
  - ExamplePlayer

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
