problem with config #2

    Im using 1.1 and I can't get it to work. It just says error in configure file
    Here's what I have

    I accept the rules:
      OneUse: true
      Commands:
      - manuadd %P Member
      - spawn
      - say Welcome %P as a new member

    Permission is secretcommand.I_accept_the_rules
