What is Factions?
With this plugin players group up in Factions. You claim land as your own and build your base. Factions is a self serve anti griefing system. Leaders control who can can edit their faction land.
Factions is also about diplomacy and war. You declare wars and forge alliances. You fight over land and manage your monetary expenses.
Install
- Stop your server.
- Put MassiveCore.jar in your plugins folder. Download MassiveCore here on BukkitDev.
- Put Factions.jar in your plugins folder.
- Start your server again.
- Configure (Optional)
New In Factions 2.8
- Reworked Commands - /f rank, /f invite, /f flag and /f perm.
- Added Commands - /f setpower, /f status, /f unstuck and /f tt.
- WorldGuard - Readded a simple integration.
- Tab Completion - Tab completion now available for everything!
- Interactive Text - Clickable buttons for list and help commands.
- 1.8 Titles - Optionally used for territory info.
- Animals Flag - New flag similar to the Monsters flag.
- Performance - Further work on improved performance.
- Bug Fixes - Loads of minor bugs were fixed.

I'm having a issue with flagging all factions. I flagged wilderness to "Oflineexplosions YES" but when I tested it, it does not work. Is there a way to flag all factions? The command I used was /f flag wilderness oflineexplosions yes. Does anybody know the command?

Posted Apr 26, 2014I'm having some problems setting up a 2 faction world with Multiverse Core wondering if this is possible in doing a normal Faction World with no power loss and then having another faction world but that would have power loss and you could have a faction in both worlds without them merging together if there's anyone that able tell me if this is possible it would be a big help or point me in the right direction of a plugin that dose this.
P.S I don't want to use bungeecord to do this.

Could it be caused by this? We've searched all our logs and this is what we found:
[Factions 2.3.1] Non existing factionId 7f8035c2-df85-4311-a2da-256dd9252964 requested. Cleaning all boards and uplayers.

Posted Apr 25, 2014Mcore (Factions Fix) for versions 1.7.8 & 1.7.9:
MCore is currently broken for versions 1.7.8 and 1.7.9 due to the UUID Update. This is why factions is not working on versions 1.7.8/1.7.9. If you want an updated version of MCore check out this video below.
@cbn2000 Yes they did the exact same thing as I did in the video. Most of the popular servers has their own developers so they do it for them.
@garan2314 It might have been someone messing with your files. Maybe one of your admins did some thing from in game. Maybe the server just crashed. They are too many things that can randomly lead up to that. If you had an error when this was happening maybe we could figure out what it was.
