But you and other people don't have to use it if you add it, make it an option, true or false, default at false. Then it's a win win, not affecting you or others that want to continue using faction without the feature and a win for those who want to use the feature.

Please fix the thing with the perms not being granted by default. I have over 40 groups on my server and I do not enjoy putting perms for the many factions commands there. And when I downgrade the whole factions fuck up, like the tag has the numbers, the faction owners are no longer owner, and when you do /f show, it shows no members.

Hi. I ran into a problem on my server. It is currently running factions, so I thought I might set up with command blocks, so that people join automatically by pressing a bottom. But none of the commands are working( Are there any suggestions?

This issue was recognised (some economy plugins did that) and it was fixed in the 2.0 dev branch.

Factions does not grant any permissions per default anymore. You must add them with a permissions plugin.

This plugin is in a mature state, we will not create new featurws ourselfs ubless we feel it is necesarry for our own server.

Hey faction devs please fix the plugin to its older update it has become a huge problem for me and my server :( everyone has no perms to do anything not even the leaders in the faction please fix!

My suggestion is for configurable faction upkeeps:

A faction mod or just a normal player could put money into the faction bank to pay the upkeep.

The config options would be the time interval between upkeep payments and the amount of money, and of course optional if you want to use this feature on your server or not.

I know that Towny has upkeeps, but Towny also does not allow raids. Which is not preferable on Hardcore PvP servers.

I think this may be broken. In chat faction names do not appear before anyones' name. Also it is not recognizing /f peaceful. I have a chat manager (essentialschat) and I'm not sure what's wrong. I'm using version 1.8.2 with CB 1.5.2-R0.1.

I have faction economy enabled, but faction banks disabled. Yet, whenever factions are created, a bank account is also created that players can deposit money into, even though the individual player pays the faction costs.

However, since all players start with $5,000 on my server, so do faction banks. This means, whenever a player disbands their faction, they are given all the money in their faction bank (5k if they've never even deposited anything). People can seriously exploit this for money.

Please make it so faction banks disabled means bank accounts for factions do not get created at all, or at least create some sort of setting to make it so all faction bank money is lost instead of refunded when a faction is disbanded.

This is beceause your essentials permissions or your permissions from an other plugin for building are disabled
