Hello guys, i just downloaded 1.8.2, is there any kind o way to let players build in safezone? I want to create markets places (worldguard region based) in capital (safezone) to prevent player to claim theses zones. I could block commands "/f claim" in capital but players are able to /f autoclaim out of capital and then enter in capital to begin claiming. Fations with enough power could "/f claim X" too. I tough it was possible to let players build in safezone, or maybe only in old version?

Never mind. Ignore my previous comment about lines of code. Found the new "Flag" option.

Added factions 1.8.2 and love the new config.

There is one problem of mine I would love solved if possible. Our Faction server loved the old config to where all this was included: "territoryBlockCreepers": true, "territoryBlockCreepersWhenOffline": true, "territoryBlockFireballs": true, "territoryBlockFireballsWhenOffline": true, "territoryBlockTNT": true, "territoryBlockTNTWhenOffline": true, where your faction land is protected from creepers but not the wilderness. Is there a line that we may change to allow commands from the config.json_bad to be integrated into the config.json file? Is there a way to insert the commands from the old to the new?

{faction_relcolor} doesn't seems to work for me in HeroChat, all faction formatting is just white. If I turn 'chatParseTagsColored' and 'chatSetFormat' to true it will do this:

Hi I have transferred my old server to a new node everything is working except all my factions data is gone. I have a copy of the 'Factions' folder with all the .json files in it but when I upload them via FTP they just seem to merge into the one already there which has no factions information in it at all. What is the problem? I have the latest version of factions installed and this is bugging me as I can't release my server again.

Like the new update but still got 2 problems,

Friendly fire is enabled? How do I disable it. (I already have friendlyfire set to false and i've tried changing to true, neither work)

Faction chat not working, do I just download the seperate faction chat plugin?

Yes I did. The thing is that I am not looking for Top Factions based on their Faction Power, lands owned, or number of members, because those kind of things can be manipulated easily either by multiple accounts created by a single user within a faction or bonus power granted by Server Admins. I kinda want factions to be ranked according to their team effort not just by how big the faction is.

Hi, you may want to think about making Factions block enemies arriving through Nether Portals, as is causing a LOT of bother (even in the spawn safe zone) on our server. We're using the 1.6 stream, we are never upgrading to the 1.7 stream unless Peaceful factions are supported in the same way.

As you can read, this plugin is in a mature status. This means we do not add new things and barely work on the plugin unless it needs to be updated.

If you find a skilled dev or are one yourself you might want to code a little addon to factions which is no problem since we are open source.

whats the best solution to get the /f c commands back? you know, alliance/faction chat channels

did u ever try /f list command? not sure how it lists them, but the biggest factions always come first

I'm still having the [FACTION] Tag Issue, anyone know how to fix this?

Hello. Can you consider adding a Faction Ranking System for the Faction Plugin? It would be nice to post Top Strongest Factions in Servers where they will be ranked according to how high their points(Faction Points) are, where they can earn it through organized Faction to Faction wars or anything you might have in mind.

Go to the essentials config file and find "format: '< {DISPLAYNAME}> {MESSAGE}'". And change it to format: '<{faction_tag} {DISPLAYNAME}> {MESSAGE}'.

You mean the faction tag is not showing? If you are using essentials go to its config.ylm file and find: - format: '<{DISPLAYNAME}> {MESSAGE}' Change that to: - format: '<{faction_tag} {DISPLAYNAME}> {MESSAGE}'
