Bukkit

• FactionAlert will now use the main scoreboard for prefixes and suffixes. This feature is untested, use at your own discretion.
• The alerts command can now be executed with the factions command (usually just '/f'). i.e '/f alerts on move' would turn move alerts on.
• Cooldowns are now measured in seconds! Make sure you change your values.
• There is now a save command to save all data to the disk.
