Fixed the overall structure of the plugin to allow some future features.

Added the option to specify a time limit on exploring (note: time limit is in sec).

Changed command structure (see below).

Added permissions node:

exploremode.return - Allows user to use the return command.

New command structure:

/exploremode - all subcommands start with this main command

Subcommands:

explore - begin explore mode

explore <time> - begin explore mode with self-imposed time limit

explore <player> - begin explore mode for player

explore <player> <time> - same as above but with time limit

return - return from explore mode

return <player> - returns player from explore mode

timeLeft - shows the player their remaining explore time

timeLeft <player> - shows the player’s remaining explore time
