Not charging for Sign creation #1

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Set cost to 1000: level limit 10
    2. Start server and check balance
    3. Place sign
    4. Console will say 1000 was charged
    5. Check Balance again

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

    I expect to be charged...but the balance remains the same regardless of message

    What version of the product are you using?

    ExpBank V1.3 for CB 1.1-R4

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    No.
