• Added a new permission (exemptpvp.admin) which is good to give admins permission for all commands without making them exempt from PvP using exemptpvp.*

• Added a check to /pvp exempt so already exempt players wont be re-added to the list if they type the command more than once
• Added a /pvp remove command to remove the players exempt pvp status so they are back to normal again
• Added the ability for players with permissions to do /pvp (exempt/remove) (playername) to give a player exempt status or to remove it from them easily
• Added a /pvp list command to show all the players that are currently exempt from PvP on the server
• Added permissions to the appropriate commands

• /pvp exempt (name) | exemptpvp.command.add.others
• /pvp remove | exemptpvp.command.remove
• /pvp remove (name) | exemptpvp.command.remove.others
• /pvp list | exemptpvp.command.list
