[+] Added Unlocker
Unlocker acts like a timed whitelist, and auto-kicks at the end of the unlock time.
Disabled by default.
[*]Completely revamped the configuration class.
Configuration file will update with new versions automatically.
Configuration file will replace deleted values with defaults in config.yml.
